2. Dezember 2022, 09.00 - 15.00 Uhr, online via ZOOM

Programm Download (PDF, 158 KB)

This workshop is intended as an informal forum for researchers studying Old Germanic languages and language varieties (Gothic, Old Dutch, Old High German, Old English, Old Frisian, Old Norse, Old Saxon and minor as well as reconstructed languages). Researchers are invited to present their ongoing work and/or project ideas in the fields of (corpus) linguistics and/or philology. We encourage theoretical and methodological reflections on how linguistic and philological perspectives on Old Germanic can inform and enrich each other. Contributions include 15 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of discussion. The workshop will be held in English.

If you wish to participate and give a presentation, please send your registration with a title and a short abstract (100 words) to Mirjam Marti Heinzle and/or Ludwig Rübekeil by 18 September 2022.  Everyone else is kindly asked to sign up by e-mail until 30 November the latest, in order to receive the Zoom link.
